Early on
We started this studio in 2015 with the goal of providing high quality real estate photography and floor plans to agents in the Stamford and surrounding areas.
Currently
After six years we currently work with over 100 of the top agents in the area and some of the biggest firms to include William Raveis, Higgins, Houlihan Lawrence, Berkshire, just to name a few.
Our Process
When we arrive, we turn on all the lights, open up all the blinds / curtains, and move any vehicles off the property. We usually start with the exterior photos. Once inside we set up our own supplementary lighting as need and may do some light staging if required. Once the interior photos are done its on the the floor plans. Its just that easy! You receive your photos + floor plans the next day by 6PM!
